{"id":22349,"date":"2019-03-14T10:53:11","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T08:53:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tp.itec.ee\/?page_id=22349"},"modified":"2019-04-30T11:21:47","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T08:21:47","slug":"klubist","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nordracing.ee\/uus\/klubist\/","title":{"rendered":"KLUBIST"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page-header\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<section id=\"content\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00e4nase Viljandi veemootorspordi klubi \u201eNORD\u201c juured ulatuvad s\u00fcgavasse stagnaaega:\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">aastatesse 1973-1974, kus viljandlase Jaadla Gunnari eestvedamisel osaleti \u00fcle-eestilistel nn VEERALLI v\u00f5istlustel.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">V\u00f5istlusi peeti Eesti NSV Vetelp\u00e4\u00e4ste\u00fchingu egiidi all nii sisevetel, kui merelahtedel. Veeralli oli nagu ralli ikka. S\u00f5itjatele anti kaart ja legend kohalike kontrollpunktide l\u00e4bimise aegadega. Keskmised kiirused tuli endal arvutada. Rajal olid ka salajased kontrollpunktid ja v\u00e4ga erinevad lisakatsed (kiiruskatsed, etteantud kursil p\u00fcsimised jms). V\u00f5isteldi nii t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikel kui ka omavalmistatud mootorpaatidel- kaks meest paadis. Huvi selle ala vastu oli suur, mida kinnitas asjaolu, et v\u00f5istlustel oli osav\u00f5tjaid ikka kolm-nelik\u00fcmmend paati.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1977. aastal oli Tartus olemas Tartu Veeralliklubi, kes korraldas v\u00f5istlusi Suurel Emaj\u00f5el, Peipsi ning Pihkva j\u00e4rvedel. Vasknarvas tegutses suurtehase Dvigateli veemotoklubi. Veeralliklubid tegutsesid J\u00f5geval, Haapsalus ja Viljandis.Harrastajaid oli ka P\u00e4rnust ja V\u00f5rust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viljandi EKE Projekti meeste eestvedamisel osaleti k\u00f5ikidel v\u00f5istlustel ja korraldati ka ise v\u00f5istusi \u00d5hne j\u00f5el, V\u00f5rtsj\u00e4rvel, Suurel ja V\u00e4ikesel Emaj\u00f5el. Sportlikus m\u00f5ttes suudeti pakkuda konkurenti k\u00f5igil v\u00f5istlustel ja seda ka Tartu kiiretele veemoto meestele. 1978. aasta veeralli \u201eSuure auhinna\u201c arvestuses v\u00f5itis esikoha viljandlane Jaan Laur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kaheksak\u00fcmnendad aastad t\u00f5id \u201eveerallile\u201c lisaks muutusi. Hakati s\u00f5itma kindlal marsruudil (kaarti ja navigatsiooniseadusi pidi endiselt h\u00e4sti tundma), ka salajasi kontrollpunkte ja lisakatseid enam ei olnud. Nii et rallist oli saanud \u00fcks suur v\u00f5idus\u00f5it. Iga v\u00f5istlus koosnes kahest kihutamisest. K\u00f5igepealt tuli l\u00e4bida 300km pikkune trass, st et oldi 5-6 tundi rajal. Teisel p\u00e4eval toimus ringrajas\u00f5it. Kihutati ringil kuni 100km t\u00e4is sai. V\u00f5isteldi neljas paadiklassis: 350, 500, 700, 1000cm3 (kolmanda ja neljanda klassi paatidel oli kaks p\u00e4ramootorit). Kasutada v\u00f5is ainult kodumaiste tehaste mootoreid: Neptun, Moskva, Vihr. Lubatud oli ainult vinti t\u00f6\u00f6delda v\u00f5i kasutada hoopis omavalmistatuid. Eestlased hakkasid osalema ka \u00fcleliidulistel v\u00f5istlustel. Kuna v\u00f5istkonnas pidi olema esindatud k\u00f5ik neli paadiklassi, k\u00fctusekulu pikkade v\u00f5istlustrasside l\u00e4bimiseks oli tohutu ja osalemine Venemaa eri paikades n\u00f5udis lisaks v\u00f5istlejate oma aja ja materiaalsete vahendite kuludele t\u00e4iendavaid ressursse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viljandi vee-moto mehed koondas oma \u201eh\u00f5lma alla\u201c tolleaegne Viljandi Naftabaasi drektor- tulihingeline motomees Aarne Kommisaar. Tema eestvedamisel sai eluj\u00f5u ka Viljandi veemoto meestest koosnev klubi \u201eNORD\u201c, mis oli moodustatud 1987. aastal ENSV Naftakomitee juurde. Igal aastal osaleti \u00fcleliidulistel esiv\u00f5istlustel, n\u00e4iteks Petrozavotskis Onega j\u00e4rvel, Moskva l\u00e4histel Volgal, Zaporo\u017ejes Dnepril, 2x Tartus Emaj\u00f5el-Peipsil, Baskiiria pealinnas Ufaas Belaja j\u00f5el. Osaleti Eesti meistriv\u00f5istluste etappides rahvapaatide klassis, vetelp\u00e4\u00e4ste\u00fchingu veerallidel ja traditsiooniliseks kujunenud \u201eViljandi Paadimees\u201c, kus 1984. aastal osales n\u00e4iteks 28 ekipaa\u017ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">V\u00f5istlustrassid muutusid aina l\u00fchemaks: 200 ja 50km ning veelgi l\u00fchemaks ja kiirused omakorda suuremaks. \u00dcleliidulistel v\u00f5istlustel oli v\u00f5imalus k\u00f5rgeid spordij\u00e4rke saada. Jaan ja Juhan Laurile omistati NSVL Meistersportlaste tiitel, Aarne Kommisaarele, Rein Puule ja German Sergejevile NSVL Meistersportlase Kandidaadi tiitel. Klubi parimad tulemused tegid individuaalselt 1000cm3 klassis Jaan ja Juhan Laur: \u00fcks esimene ja kaks kolmandat kohta \u00fcleliidulistelt v\u00f5istlustelt, meeskondlikus arvestuses Ufaas sai \u201eNORD\u201c neljanda koha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aktiivsed klubis tegelejad olid Aarne Kommisaar, Rein Puu, German Sergejev, Peep Gutman, Gunnar Jaadla, J\u00fcri Kruusam\u00e4e, T\u00f5nu Roosileht, Jaan Laur ja Juhan Laur. P\u00f5lvkonna vahetusest tulid Linda Laur, Urmas Virkus, Toomas Virkus, Ivar Kommisaar, T\u00f5nis Laur ja Aivar Kommisaar. Viimased on klubile \u201eNORD\u201c uue elu sisse puhunud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00f5tiskles Jaan Laur 28.10.10
